Have located a 1961/62 Manx in good physical condition/ all parts appear to be there but engine partially disassembled.Would like to restore and ride this bike for fun and old-timer races/me. Have no idea what to offer for purchase price in US $ and certainly do not wish to insult the current owner with an unreasonable offer. Any suggested $ where to start?
